Today’s world can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to become disconnected from ourselves, from nature, and from each other.
Spending time with horses and therapeutic art programming can help us slow down and reconnect with our capacity for mindful awareness and personal power.
Mindful practice with the herd makes us more aware of my thoughts and feelings. It also helps us learn how to bring our wandering mind back to the present moment. In peace and love!
